Would advise against staying here. Staff communication was disappointing - they tried to trick me into paying more than my rate/night for an early check in of a few hours. Housekeeping kept knocking/ringing even with a "Do not disturb" sign on the door. There was also really loud construction in the room next to me. If you're doing noisy construction, you shouldn't be renting out rooms right next to it. When I asked when the noise would stop they denied anything was happening. However, the location was great - near the Metro and a big supermarket. Close to the airport, so it may be ok for just one night.

Good location but with room for improvement
The location was good, the underground parking was tight but adequate for the Nissan Sentra I arrived in. Check-in took nearly 20 minutes even though I didn't have to wait for any customers in front of me. The room was small, there were no towels in the room, the bathroom and kitchenette were clean despite being in worn out and need of replacing. The door to the adjacent guest's room was thin so I could easily hear him in the night and the window also allowed a lot of street noise through. I didn't try any of the food or other amenities so I cannot comment on these.

DXB visit
It was so good to stay in the property, I usually booked a hotel through hotels.com, this was my second time stay in DXB and it was very nice and joyful stay. I had a great time there and I will chose this place whenever I have a plan to visit DXB. Thanks

Not pleased with the the kitchen cos no enough plates, cutleries, tea cups plates and knives, The kitchen is outdated, but manageable. So disappointed. Below 3 stars hotel. Kitchen needs to be updated or refurbished. The bedroom is clean and comfortable. Beds are a bit hard, No proper English breakfast, so disappointed. because not used to heavy food in the morning. Only one choice of bread.

Spacious rooms and convenient location.
Second time at this hotel. The hotel seems to be under new management but nothing is changed except for the name. As the name suggests, this place is more like an apartment and you can cook, wash your clothes in the room so it is definitely recommended if you are staying more than 1 night and want to do your laundry etc. The bathroom is a bit old and at times, there are some odors from the sewage but nothing seriousl.

The worse experience i ever had
The hotel Shift Manager sold my booking to someone else before i arrive to hotel, his explation was that high season in Dubai don't wait for the delay flight guests and therefore he made 3 times more money that I've made my booking 2 month ago for a much cheaper price. I will never even trust this hotel and it's staff for this.

one of the worst hotel experience i have had. bathroom was stinking so bad that we did not even have a shower. Inspite of complaining all they did was come spray air freshner which helped for 5 min instead of cleaning the place. the pot was disgusting. I paidd 100 aed for an extra bed. the extra bed was so bad and unstable that three of us had to squeeze in on the queen bed. definately not recommended to anyone.

Staff unexperient ..want to extend one night first I was told no room then changed mind and wanted to charge double price ...not so clean room saw little roches on floor ...and room had smoke smell all time that we had to close windows all time and above all Internet only at lobby and always cutting off ...for same price rate you can get better hotel I don't recommend

The Hotel is located in heart of the city. There is a small grocery store right behind the building , food is ample , across the street in Karama. There is also a Spinneys supermarket near by. The room was nice and roomy , we had a 1bedroom apartment , they gave us an extra bed. Don't use washing machine , there is no place to dry clothes. There is a very bad smell near the kitchen, from drainage hole. Put a dirty towel on it. You'll be fine.

I definitely wouldn't recommend the hotel.
The room smelled sewer, the sofa bed was broken and they didn't replace it, instead brought a mattress. The towel in one of the bathrooms was dirty, the tiled walls were covered with dark sports of dried up soap. The hotel charged 5 dirhams per bottle of water and it's 1 dirham in a shop around the corner. Free internet was only in the lobby via some strange system of constant signing in with ever changing passwords. The staff was generally friendly, but the management was poor. The children disliked the lifeguard at the swimming pool for being rude and unfriendly. Basically, we've decided to never come back to London Creek Hotel in future.

Average. Ok, nothing great. Room fine, but staff very pushy/a little incompetent- I asked for a third bed (which I paid for), but the hotel were very reluctant to give a third towel for the room... Very strange. Overall this place is fine to crash in, but the kitchen is inadequate, should you want to cook for yourself (not even basic utensils.

It was dirty, found someone elses hair in the bed. Asked for clean sheets etc. No one came. Ordered chef salad, had no lettuce in the salad. Furniture was broken. Didnt dare take a shower, mold in bathroom. Kept my clothes on that I had traveled in. Checked out after nearly 6 hours there. I dont know why you have this hotel on your web site. In a bad part of city. Very disappointed with expedia for offering this

The hotel was terrible. The carpet and furniture was in very bad shape and they do not know how to clean a room. the sofa and chair were torn and in very bad shape. The carpets were stained and dirty. What a joke.

Not a bad place if you don't mind a moldy bathtub, a broken chair seat that my husband fell through, an adjacent room door that allowed for even the smallest of noises to enter my room, and unclean kitchen walls (I stayed in a studio room). Once I addressed these problems, I was moved to another room that had the same problems. Hey, they tried.

Nice quiet hotel ... the guest service was extremely nice ... I booked the hotel off line. Only problem was on-line the internet was free, when I got to the hotel they informed me that it was not free. The room had double beds, full size, kitchen and bathroom. N washer and dryer. It designed for peace and relaxation. I would go back, but i will not stay on the 1st floor. All the rooms are near the resturant. You smell food all night. Nevertheless, great stay...
