I love the Staff.. No Hotel can be managed without the Staff. From the Concierge Akhit ( I dont think I have the correct spelling of his name), to the Housekeeping and the Front Desk, all were exceptional. I enjoyed my stay and I will be coming back..

Not recommended
I have booked the king size bed but after going there they told me that we have twin bed. So I refused but the receptionist was through professional and after waiting of around 30 minutes they have given me the king size bed as I booked it in advance. The walls of the rooms are dusty and the basin was getting blocked frequently. Hotel needs to clean it properly. Other things were satisfactory. But I haven’t tried there food since I was staying outside most of the time.

DONT EVERY GO THIS HOTEL
very bad experience, nonprofessional front office, sending the security to my room to check who was with me in the room was the most rude threatening experience I have ever in my life the room and hotel in are very old no maintenance, everything is broken, bad smell all over the hotel, you will never feel any hospitality, they just want to take your money and they don't care you will come back or not, because they are sure you will never book at their hotel again

In the beginning, I thought I'll not enjoy my stay, but I did! The room service was nice, and the reception was very good. I didn't try the breakfast. I think this place was too quiet during my stay, but I'm sure if it was more crowded it will be noisier (party themed).

The property is good for the price. The price is good for what you can find in Dubai and is very well located, for example if you want to go to expo or Dubai Marina. They also have a supermarket and stores very close. The staff was always helpful too.

Dirty, dirty, dirty, not suitable for family, very bad service. When we walked into the room (after it had been "prepared and sanitised") there were food crumbs on the carpet, the curtains had dark stains, the towels were old and worn out, there were several dead insects on the windowsill, the toilet was leaking, and the fridge looked too horrendous to put food in (look at the pictures!!). When we left then came back for the night, the floor had food remains from what we had eaten the night before, and the water was not re-filled. Also, the constant noise from the night club at 3 am was very annoying even though we were 9 floors above.

I arrived in the middle of the night. I was not expecting to be placed on the 12th floor, beneath loud continuous music and bass all night long. Made it impossible to sleep/rest after a long flight. Towels and toiletries were only enough for one person to use even though, the reservation was for 2 people. Not a very well lit bathroom, the lighting needs to be adjusted better. If you’re running late expect to have an additional 5-10 mins added onto your time during check-out. Everything is verified in the room you’re checked-out and given your deposit back, which I must add was never mentioned until I checked-in. Location is decent for things to do around Emirates mall and other local attractions. A bit for for anything you want to do around Dubai mall and further up.

Good for a short business stay
Hotel seems to be in a decent condition. Didn't have ivy issues with the service nor cleanliness. However, at check-in I had to wait for more that 20 min till a front desk personnel was available. That said, they kept apologising about the delay! It's close to some main landmarks in the area such as metro station, restaurants and groceries.

Great Location and Great Pub
I had a very nice stay, the hotel is a little dated but very clean, very comfortable and has a great pub.

It’s terrible in room cleanliness And the hotel is not friendly.also always you should in parking the car in the basement due parking of the cars in the path of the parking. Furniture very dirty.
