Great experience. Perfect location close the the metro, next to the marina and the grocery store. The staff member extremely polite and available. The room are well equip and the little kitchen has everything you need to cook. Nice pool area.

Location was great and on the door step of JBR Walk/ beaches. Top customer service, Adil was very friendly and helpful as well as the tour arrangement person(Mohammed) I think. Overall very pleasant experience and I would recommend this property.

1. Loved the view from my room. The dubai marina walk. 2. Loved that everywhere (cruise rides, food and drinks options, jumeirah beach residence and bars) was accessible by walking, uber or scooters. 3. Staffs from the hotel were so helpful and welcoming.

Beds are hard as a rock. I’m not a skinny guy and I left with both hips hurting from how hard they are. I asked for a pad and they gave me a thick blanket. So I literally only managed to get to sleep for about four hours the 5 days I was there which made for a miserable experience. My non smoking room stank of cigarettes. Walls are paper thin so you can hear the full details of your neighbors bathroom breaks. Every door shut is heard loudly and clearly. Bathroom was filthy and needs a deep cleaning by someone that knows how to clean. I could just about write a book on how terrible this hotel is. It’s only saving grace is it’s staff and closeness to the marina. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I loved my stay at Pearl Marina Hotel Apartments! The apartment had everything it was needed for a perfect and divine holidays! Washer, kitchen, comfort, super clean, swimming pool and jaccuzi, and above all an amazing staff! 24/7 right on the corner, beach and metro walking distance! amazing! taxis by the door,...all easy. All we need was taken care by Adil in front desk or Chotus that was taking care of our room. Everything was made so warmth, smooth, and easy! In fact everyone was amazing! Smilling, polite, and really willing to be of help to make our time the best! I really recommend this hotel! Please say hi to everyone from me and enjoy!

The location is good, it’s far from downtown but you may use public transportation.The area is so expensive to buy food .The apartment has very limited kitchen items ,carpet is very dirty, they took it to clean it as per my request but never came back even though I stayed for 3 weeks.The staff were pleasant and welcoming. I’m satisfied with my experience with them

Magnificent Staycation!
It was amazing, we enjoyed the pool and the room itself was awesome. Especially the aroma in the lobby was magnificent. The staff are friendly and helpful. For sure, we’re gonna come back! 👍👍

It’s the 3rd time we’ve stayed there and in a great location near the marina. It’s a nice walk along the canal with numerous restaurants of all types. Great views from room which is apartment with kitchen. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Friendly and helpful staff.

Let me first of all thank these two amazing staff of Pearl Marina Apartment Hotel: Mr Lawal, a concierge and Mr Tafazzul, a housekeeper. These two guys were exceptional. Mr Lawal is always ready to help even sometimes go out of his way and Mr Tafazzul makes sure the room is sparkling cleaned. Their display of professionalism was incredible. I cannot but thank also the entire staff of the Pearl Marina for making guests feel welcome. The only issue I have with the management of the hotel is not letting guests receive visitors.

We had a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking Dubai Marina Walk. The location was great , close to JBR beach and Dubai marina. The hotel staff was very friendly and provided a great service. And the price for all that we got was surprisingly low. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are vacationing on a budget.

The receptionist was very incapable. We asked for a roll on bed for my daughter and they said they didn’t have any. The next day when we went down and asked for it, they seemed to have it. We asked the receptionthey clean our room, and they said the service stops at 4 pm cause of Ramadan.then we met the cleaning service outside our room and they said they can come and clean, and they did. There were days were the room was really well cleaned and other days the bare minimum. One would hope for more consistency for a 3 start rated hotel

I love the location, amenities and staff. Nice apartments especially ones over looking marina and canal. Great restaurant down at waterfront and seafood next door. Easy walk to Marina Mall. Large grocery store across the street
