My husband and I had a great time. We were on a business trip, but staying there felt like we were on a lovely holiday. All staff members were friendly, kind, and helpful. In shaa Allah, we'd love to stay there again. So many things that I want to highlight here about why we loved this place. One for sure, originally we booked via Expedia Travel, and the room we picked looked like it was on a higher floor, but we received the ground floor room when we arrived. However, they reassured to give us the room we wanted the next day since it was fully booked. We wanted the upper room because, as a Muslim woman, it felt more private and comfortable for me to remove my hijab and whatnot. So I was pleased that they were able to accommodate that. Really really really appreciate this :)

Amazing place, stunning lagoon pool and court yard pool, went to eat at the Thai Restaurant, one of the very best ever. Check in was flawless, got the room already at 10:30 am. Nothing to complain about.

The rooms of the hotel are so dated, as they still have DVD’s in them. They need renovation, as they don’t meet the 5 star standards of a “Park” Hyatt, and can’t compete with other 5 star hotels in Dubai. They were spacious, and they had a good view on the perfect pool, but its very very old and even worse at night, as lights are low and few. We also weren’t able to plug in our electronics as the outlets are Europeen/US, so we had to borrow the universal plugs from the guest service, as the room dont have any USB ports or normal Gulf outlets. The other negative thing is that the bathrooms didn’t have a mini shower (شطاف) to the bidet like every single toilet in the middle east which is essential here. Staff were great. They are always available to help and friendly, especially MANUEL, who went above and beyond to make us happy with our stay, and provide us with our needs. The pool “Twiggy” was magnificent, this was the most beautiful thing in the hotel, and I would definitely come back to it. Without it, our stay would have been worse.

Great place, close to airport, no construction around, fabulus breakfast. The staff is best ever we would like to tanks Mr Hyttam for great servis about our room, at breakfast Adish Antony and Borel are amazing people and at the beach the best of the best are Manuel, Elias, Tony, Birim, Andy and Jerry. We had a long stay 14 days and it was amazing.

An amazing hotel with everything you need.
A beautiful hotel with the most welcoming and hardworking staff. The hotel is an oasis away within the city, the perfect place to relax, eat and catch the sunshine. Refreshed rooms and abundantly available and good housekeeping/service staff. F&B product quality and service was consistently disappointing and would recommend going off property as the value for money just wasn’t there. Shout out to the family pool staff for not letting people reserve seats for 8 hours after our fifth day of going wanting.

A number of improvements to do.
Suppose to get an upgrade? Got a big palm tree covering windows ? No sea view as it was supposed to? Beds as most important was firm and average standard for comfort. As luxury hotel ? In specification fruit in room. Doesn’t show up. When we went for a sun bed at Laguna pool. It was full occupancy. They arranged after a while.

Staycation at the Park Hyatt
After spending five months away with work this was there ideal location to spend my staycation with my partner. We were given a complimentary upgrade which was incredible and enjoyed 3 wonderful nights at this five star hotel. The food at the restaurants was out of this world and all the facilities at the hotel were awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel as a staycation and is a little piece of luxury in downtown Dubai near the Creek and you would think that you were at an Oasis miles from nowhere.

Fantastic hotel - what a great find! Location on the Creek is stunniy. The "laguna beach" is gorgeous & so clever. You feel like you're on the beach! Staff & service are on point. We extended our stay by 3 nights, and then extended it again by a further 3 nights! Haven't left yet... It's very hard to say goodbye! Oh, I forget to mention breakfast - what an amazing selection. Look no further, this is where you should stay in Dubai!

My Comments to Hyatt Directly - Overall V +ve
Always love staying at the hotel & overall has been a great holiday. Only things I would ask you to look at are:- 1) the way people are "allowed" to reserve sunbeds at The Lagoon from 8am onwards by leaving a hat or magazine across beds but not then arriving until after 11am - it is so frustrating that all the best beds are gone and then not used. It drives me crazy every time I stay at the hotel (I wasn't the only one who was considerably irritated by this) 2) service at Noepe isn't what it should be - the attitude of staff isn't consistent with the Park Hyatt brand (it also shouldn't take 10-15 minutes to get a check when wanting to leave) On a much more positive note, Octavio (?) - F&B Manager is EXCEPTIONAL, especially during such a busy time for the hotel. His service mentality is beyond anything I've experienced before.
