Overall Hotel building is nice with good friendly staff. far from Metro and shuttle times are limited. Breakfast was good but can be improved. Room layout is not what I like with main door and bathroom door directly opening in the room, instead of a entrance corridor.

The Staff at the Hotel were very friendly and helpful. From when we walked into the door and even after we were gone and left some of our travel documents behind, the Staff went to great lengths to contact us so we could return and collect….

This was a HORRIBLE hotel. There seems to be a horrible smell in all the rooms. The smell off mold. It’s even in the hallways. They took us to 3 rooms until we got to a room that the less amount t of smell. And we talked to others and they all complained about the same thing. They know this is a issue and they are doing nothing to fix the problem. The service at the pool is horrible. The life guard hardly watches the kids in the pool. Unlike all the other hotels we have been too. Food is horrible and super expensive. I wouldn’t stay here again . The only good thing good about this hotel is location .

At 3:00am, the shower head in the bathroom started leaking loudly on the day I was to travel in the early morning. The hotel sent maintenance and then was out of hot water. Was very disruptive to my sleep and travels. Expected much more out of the Millennium. Unfortunate.

This is an average hotel with decent amenities. However we had a few issues. We had to push and push to get our room cleaned daily and there was reluctance and delay. Also you don’t get that generosity and hospitality feeling that you get in some other Dubai hotels esp the Palm Jumeirah hotels.

The property was clean, but please make sure you get what you pay for it. I made the reservation for a suite, and when I arrived the person who was checking me in was about to give me two single rooms next to each other and supposedly as an upgrade. Luckily one of the rooms wasn’t ready so they ended up giving me the suite.

The hotel is okay. The food on breakfast buffet isn’t that good in quality. The room was spacious but the cleaning could have been better. Valet parking took very long till they gave car. We often waited 20min till the car came.

A good hotel overall. Some pros are the large rooms, breakfast, views from the sky rooms and the concierge service staff (Fahad who was very helpful). On the downside some cons were the fulfillment of special request and mean towel staff at the pool. We booked 2 rooms and requested them to be close to each other (as we had kids) but they ended up being on different floors. We paid extra at hotel to upgrade rooms so they could be at least on the same floor. So don't always expect special request to be fulfilled. Regardless this is a good and a typical 4 star hotel.

Room electricity turns off completely NO individual light available for bathroom at night. Air condition runs without effective control by the thermostat Breakfast area is overcrowded with food of low quality-juice is water unable to pay on account although hotel charged for full charge on arrival

At the reception , the check in person says the room is an upgrade ( 1211) so I say thank you. It’s NOT an upgrade , it’s noisy and next to the service shaft. Why say it is an upgrade ? I did not like the hotel and won’t stay there again.

The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The towels were a bit on the scratchy side. The restaurant prices were on par with Dubai prices but expensive from what we are accustom to, and found that room service food a little more accommodating.
