Very disappointed, it is touted as a 5 star but at the most it would be a 4*. Good things: Parking, close to Mall of Emirates Bad things: dated decor, breakfast limited and disappointing, has a bar/pub on the ground floor which invites drunks and fights, lots of people hanging around lobby, not worth the price

Property was very clean suite we had was big with high ceiling but only one king bed which is not enough for four of us. Actually Expedia tricked us by saying sleep 4. A bar and a night club downstairs made the property very noisy and can smell cigarettes every night. The area is very crowded it took about 10 to 15 minutes just to get out of from there

Great place a few improvements needed
The stay was great and the property is in great condition. The swimming pool was under repair and thus not available! This was never disclosed at the time of reservation, I think it should be clear. The alternatives provided their timing was not the most convenient. The gym is small and rather dark, more lighting would do it well. Towels quality can be improved, on some days some were tired

Barsh winter visit
Good location enjoyable walking distance to MOE if visiting in winter, friendly staff and big clean room with reasonable 5stars standard. Good price in Barsha compared to other 4-5 stars hotels .

OK hotel, but I wouldn’t return
Hotel is clean and in very nice condition. However, check-in was VERY slow. Arrived at 3:30 PM (a half hour after check in time) and room was not ready until 5:10 PM. Key cards deactivated on first day. Room number and guest name was not given to host at breakfast, and was nearly charged for a breakfast that should have been complimentary. A few lamps were missing lightbulbs, that had to be called for and replaced, and television was mostly inoperable, not responding to remote input and only staying on the HDMI 1 setting. Cold water pressure seemed to be lacking and often could not cool the water down fast enough (which is opposite of what is typically experienced with trying to get the right water temperature). Bed was very comfortable and room amenities very useful. Location is VERY convenient. Had it not been for the other inconveniences and problems, I might more so recommend this hotel.

The staff at Elite Byblos were very friendly and very polite. Check in was very easy. This hotel is close to Mall of Emirates, where there is a lot of shopping and restaurants. We did not eat at the hotel but heard other guests saying good things about it. Breakfast was good, yes repetitive but that’s common with most hotels. I had absolutely no issues with anything, I would definitely stay here again.

Ariyan in Housekeeping was amazing dealing with my in and out schedule. He somehow was able to still find the time to clean my room to perfection during the short time when I was out of the room. Thank you Ariyan for being professional and helpful!

I liked how clean the room was, the staff members were helpful and friendly also. Its just about a five minutes walk to the mall of emirates. The breakfast buffet was good too.

No matter what you do or whom you contact, you can not get the vibration of the floors and walls ( due to extremely high noise coming from the night club) to stop. This continues all nights until early morning times. I'm really wondering is the night club part of the hotel or the hotel is part of the night club.
