"Blankets and bedding where clean and room was nicely kept, exceptions for shower head and mildly stinky sink. For the ammount paid i was satisfied with my visit. Room was hot but considering the season windows where just left open. Welcome staff was absolutely wonderful, wish i knew the lovely ladies name as she made entrance and all interactions pleasent and comforting. Would recomend to friends for budget and tourism friendly acomidations "

"The rooms are tiny (although the deluxe King is okay, the size of a regular room anywhere else), but the price is good for downtown and it is incredibly conveniently located, right on the subway and walkable to Union Station, the conference centre, Rogers Centre, etc. Be prepared for a dark room with a view of a brick wall though."

"Overall it was a fabulous experience the only thing which held it back was cleanliness. For the nine days we were on holiday bedding was not changed once bin was not emptied polite complaint was made at the time. Staff at check in counter and restaurant were exceptionally great helpful, polite and very courteous. Because of this and its central location would definitely go back."
