"The hotel rooms were beautiful and had ample space. The pillows were amazing. The only issue I had was having to request a breakfast coupon every day. That was inconvenient and the floor I was on did not have an ice machine. The breakfast expensive, but quite tasty."

"The Hyatt Centric was located in the heart of downtown and was especially close to The Armory and some great restaurants. The room was spotless, the bathroom had both a shower and tub and they sparkled. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. Staff was always available and super helpful. The bartender was friendly and made a great martini. We did not use parking, the gym, or take advantage of the breakfast option."

"Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed"

"Parking for one night should not be $40, and it does not matter what the situation is involving the hotel being downtown. It’s obvious the Citi does not care if visitors want to come back and the hotel isn’t negotiating with the city well enough there needs to be a partnership, but it seems like I’m paying for lousy management of the city."
