It is very clean, safe and a very nice friendly staff Dave Sevilla. I loved it and hoping to stay again next trip. My only concern was that the blanket provided was too thin and small but everything else is great.

This is a great idea in theory but it depends on when you arrive. You get 10 hours and my flight arrived in the middle of that. I was also surprised there was a $20 extra charge for a shower! Expedia needs to state that. The woman who checked me in waived the fee kindly. There is no where else to lie down so do it if you can afford it. It broke up my 40 hour journey!

Overall ok for a short stay - booking was made primarily to get some sleep and for the shower facilities. Disappointing that there are additional charges to use the shower when you pay around AUD170 for a pod for 6hrs only.

I had a long overnight layover and this seemed to be a perfect option for the ~7 h I had in between flights. HOWEVER I am not sure it was worth the money spent. Three main issues:1. there is practically no signage anywhere about the location of this capsule hotel. Had to stop and ask 3 times. Second and probably my biggest issue- the lounge chair/bed was unbearably uncomfortable. The padding was so hard I could barely sleep. I was thankful for being able to at least be in a horizontal position but forget about a good night’s rest. Third: they charge you extra for the shower. The staff was nice and it appeared clean but I don’t think I’d use it again.

Good idea but needs some revision. The bed is so hard I couldn't sleep on my sides. Felt like a park bench. The sheet cover and pillow where ruffled like someone else had just slept on the bed. The showers are good but not cleaned regularly there was hair in three showers i tried first. The pantry needs to be closed when someone is cleaning after all its supposed to be a sleep lounge but the noise from that and the squeaky door that also bangs shut every time someone goes through to the toilets and showers had me up all night.

This is a great option if you have a long layover at Doha Airport. I experienced an 11 hour layover due to a flight cancellation and opted for the 6 hour stay. The pod allows you to either sit in comfort and use the internet or read etc. or convert the chair to a bed and rest. It also means you can leave your luggage securely and walk around the terminal for eating or shopping. The showers, bathrooms and toilets were of a very high standard and very clean.

I feel scammed. Before booking you must know that the showers cost $20, the bed you get is stiff as a wooden board, the complimentary coffee is not complimentary because they don’t offer cups, they sell the cups. Bathrooms do not have paper towels, if you want to have something to dry with you must use toilet paper or rent a towel… None of this is communicated in the description of the property previous to booking. I paid 138$ for the night, and had I known that showers were not included, I would have chosen to stay in the lounge, which for 65$ gives you amazing showers, very comfy sofas, free food and drinks (including alcoholic beverages), and the felling of not being ripped off.

A acomodação em si é razoavel, considerando o espaço minimo, custo-beneficio caro, achei. Porém quero chamar atenção especial e enviar elogios ao excelente atendimento que tive pelo Sr GENESIS e Sra Fredelyn, sobretudo o Sr Genesis foi excepcional, muito atencioso, gentil e cuidadoso, buscando proporcionar o maximo de conforto aos hospedes.
