This hotel is used as a WYNNs hotel we have found out since and at the time we were staying there we could not park our car outside due to visitors cars. police were called to a unit opposite ours due to family issues. windows were broken and a lot of noise. Felt unsafe for my family. The staff tried their best but honestly this should not be an accommodation attached to Hotel.com"

"Only stayed a single night - 6 adults, plenty of room for all, with a very friendly check in. Unit was nice n clean. Will prob stay there again"

"I was impressed with the cleanliness. The area was peaceful and also closer to the shops which was helpful. The rooms were spacious for small families. The beds were perfect as well."

"The place was amazing exactly what we had been looking for and to be greeted with a smile and chat, everyone so friendly, the atmosphere there is hard to explain but it was beautiful. A stroll down the lake to all the cafes and restaurant. We had a lovely dinner we got everything we asked for and more. We will definitely be coming back again to beautiful Taupo. "

"Very old motel but was clean. Stayed over Christmas for 3 night room was not cleaned only towels replaced during that time this was not explained at check in. "
