"Something was not quite right. The staff were either new and not well trained or the hotel is experiencing some staffing issues. On one day, my room was not serviced in spite of my putting on the ‘please clean room’ sign. Also, a tray of breakfast items remained outside my door even though I pointed out to two different staff members that they needed to be taken away. I would have called room service but the phone in my room wasn’t working. When I arrived, I had to unload my luggage and wheel it...

Dinner was supgrest food but lack of staff to service was disappointing but the existing staff tried very hard. Unfortunately breakfast was no better. The coffee machine was broken and after finishing breakfast we hadn't received one"

"There was a mix up(on my part) for the date of my reservation. The front desk staff was amazing, they had me sit down with a glass of wine while they sorted it out. I was only going to stay a couple of nights, but because of this, i stayed 5 nights!"
