"Ground floor room not far from reception.. As soon as I opened the door I smelt a stale mustiness about the room .. I am guessing the rooms may be getting upgraded and this one hasn’t been done yet or the leave this for the people who haven’t booked direct with the hotel.. The windows have timber shutters on them which unfortunately DO NOT block out the light from outside and the room certainly isn’t very soundproof from outside noises.. "A wonderful experience from check in to check out. Friendly staff. Well appointed spacious room. Will definatly stay again. Only had a take away coffee fron the cafe onsite, good price and very nice. Menu looked amazing but after a big night out i couldn't really eat a breakfast. "
