"We booked one night stay here while passing through Phitsanulok to fly back to Bangkok, the name sounds very grand, but the price should be a dead giveaway, there is nothing remotely ‘grand or palace’ like here, it’s acceptable for one night though, we arrived and parked our car and probably didn’t have high expectations, check in was straightforward and fairly quick, which was appreciated after a 5 hour drive from Chiang Mai, a guy then followed us to our car with a luggage trolley, the comedy...

"Hotel is about a 3 star. Rooms are ok except need new towels and pillows. A little noisy at night due to dogs, cars, and the refrigerator cycling ever 10 minutes or so. Breakfast was meager."

"Le petit déjeuner n'est pas au niveau de l'hôtel. L'hôtel propose un service de voiture avec chauffeur. Pratique, prix raisonnable. Le problème est que ce chauffeur ne parle pas un mot d'anglais. D'où des difficultés si on change d'avis sur ce que l'on veut faire."

"Zimmer und Hotel sind sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut, jedoch keine Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber bei Fragen zu Verkehrsverbindungen, Touren usw sehr unwissend. Das Hotel ist trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert. "

"A top hotel....30years ago.Old ,shabby and very poor value. Way overpriced and in need of renovation. Pealing paint,chipped and cracked tiles,black grouting from mold due to no exhaust fan. Breakfast was poor, the only eggs were hardboiled and cold, the coffee undrinkable. I could go on but you get the idea"
