"Nice hotel if you don't mind dirty tricks at booking expectations and check-in reality"

"We arrived on Christmas Eve at around 3:45AM, and someone was there to open the door for us which was incredible. Everyone was extremely nice the entire time we were there and made us feel like family. The location was good, but the room could really have used a good cleaning because it wasn't the cleanest place. The breakfast didn't look great, but actually tasted pretty good. I would stay here again if I was in the area based on the friendliness of the staff and location."

"The staff at the guesthouse were wonderful and very accommodating. The food was wonderful—vegetables and eggs from its own property. The guesthouse is located on the edge of Jericho and it was so peaceful there. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxed and inviting environment. "

"The hotel was reasonable and the staff were friendly but it wasn't worth nearly 160€ - also it was about half the price to book directly with the hotel. It was around 15-20 minutes to walk to downtown, which was good. The breakfast was fine but nothing special for the price. "

"I stayed here with my father, husband and son in July. I cannot stress enough how beautiful this hotel is. I cannot stress enough how warm and welcoming and incredible the owner is. My father is originally from Bethlehem and him and my mother had walked by this hotel on their last trip and met the owner and his mom by happenstance walking by to visit the holy sites. "Ordered a room for 3 people and was given a king bed with a twin mattress on the floor. Not very comfortable for the price and a 5 star hotel. People were very nice. "
