"This hotel was in front on the airport, it was convenient for arrival and departures of Nicaragua. The breakfast was excellent, empoyees very friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel. You can take a taxi everywhere in front of the hotel.."

"The room was clean, and cozy. However, I woke up a few times itching on my neck and back. I placed some discarded food items in the bathroom trash can. When I woke up the bathroom was full of ants, and not the sugar ant kind, they bit me all over my legs. "

"Hotel cancelled my room that was booked as an "extra room". I was sent to a nearby hotel that was about a 1 star rating or less. Don Carmelo was a 1.0 at best. No kitchen. Very old and run down even for Latin America."

"Two observations, The room was excellent, except in the bathroom, the towel holder and tissue paper were broken and fell off several times. Even though the maintenance person came and tried to fix them, they were still falling out from the wall. Breakfast needs to be changed, and each day should have a variety. They were serving the same thing. "

"My friend and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. It has a cute courtyard with a small pool, hammock, and plants. We felt safe there as there is a large door that is locked to the entrance to the street. The staff helped us get taxis and a shuttle from the airport. Walkable distance to the restaurants. There are bikes on property that makes it even easier to get around. "
