"We were driving to Chicago and stopped for the night in Omaha. We found a good deal on this cute older hotel and were very pleasantly surprised. It was clean and modern and updated inside. The shower was great, the room was spacious and the beds were super comfy. Friendly staff, highly recommended!"

"It’s a very old building that has been given a facelift. It looks great cosmetically but it’s in rough shape. There is not an elevator even though it’s a multi-story building. The first room we were given smelled like it had been smoked in, the second room had a fire hazard with a burnt outlet that shocked my wife when she touched the plug. After that they were all out of rooms so we had to find another spot to stay."

"The room we received was a handicap room, on the 2nd floor-what if someone with a handicap needed that room-what if they wanted to take a shower, there was a tub in this room-what if there was a fire & the elevator was not working-very important things to think about Also, there were 2 adults. The cleaning staff left 1 hand towel & 1 larger towel for showering. That was it. No samples of soap…..NOTHING I would not recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone, nor will we booking a room here again!!!...

"the location across from the Orpheum Theater and near the old market was wonderful. their restaurant the Monarch was reasonable and delicious. Their valet parking was friendly and very secure, I will chose the Deco over every other downtown Omaha hotels every time."

"Breakfast was empty most of the time and eventually we stopped waiting. The oatmeal was great, but the area was dirty, the high chairs/boosters were very dirty, walls/floor corners/under the raised vanities and furniture were visibly dirty. The parking lot was so small we barely had a space. Staff said we could park anywhere we could fit including making a spot. Excellent location however and they were affordable and friendly. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very small and crowded...

"Room was clean, although not the one I picked on expedia. Breakfast was very good both mornings, but would have preferred bacon as my Grandson and I are not fans of sausage. Pool was clean and fun both Grandkids and I had a blast. Had to pay for parking and then park in sister hotels lot and run back over in the rain. Did not like that."

"Location is good. The main floor smelled like a fish store. Breakfast was cut short without notice. The bed,, the top sheet was Over the comforter? Who does this. Not shure if the bed was even clean. Pillows were horrible. Don't think we will stay again."

"We stay here every time we come to Omaha as a family. Kids love the swimming pool and the room is clean and big enough for our family of 5."

"Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start."

"If you have asthma, allergies or sensitive to strong cleansers, chlorine and perfumes, you shouldn’t stay here. In addition, the night staff were very rude and didn’t have good customer service."

"This hotel was very clean, staff was so helpful and kind. Parking was easy. The attached restaurant was excellent, and our waiter was wonderful!!!"

"Trash was all over the floor in the hallway, walked into the room to see bugs all over the place and the room looked like it was never cleaned from the guest before. Walked back to the front desk and checked out. The employee was not at all surprised when I mentioned the bugs. Spent about 5 minutes there."
