"It was an amazing experince. We spent one night there. The staff was too freindly and helped us regarding the taxi fare and regarding places to watch. You can aslo keep your luggage there for some extra fees there if you are leaving later than your stay at the hotel."

English: From check in staff to cleaning room and all other services, it was excellent. Hotel is immaculately clean, breakfast was more than we could eat and delicious. Yes, it's a budget hotel, but " wow"...

"We had an amazing time at Riad Mazar Fes. Everything exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful Riad (photos didn’t do this place justice!) to the friendly staff and the excellent service overall. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Everyone was helpful and going the extra mile to accommodate in every way. Siham helped book our tour with a very good local tour guide Jamal and helped us with transportation. Unfortunately we only had one night in Fes. Definitely coming back and...

"The staff were fantastic. It space was very sophisticated and felt like each staff member took an interest in our comfort while in their care. The property is large, with a serene courtyard. One thing to consider is that cars are not allowed in the medina so there is a walk from the drop off point, although there are individuals with carts that can help transport baggage to the property"

"The staff at riad Zamane were very hospitable and helped with anything we asked for. The Riad was very clean and well kept. The location is great and walking distance to the Medina. "

"The hotel staff make all the difference in the world when it comes to one’s impression of a hotel. The hotel was just average: clean, comfortable bed, lots of parking available. But the concierge went out of his way in telling me where to go sightseeing and where to have dinner. Upon arrival, he offered mint tea while I waited to check in. I had a long 9 hour drive after I checked out and he even looked at my route to make sure I was ok. I can’t say the same about the alternate concierge though...
