"Conveniently located a short walk away from train station, with convenience stores and eateries nearby , reception was warm and welcoming , the room was a traditional tatami type furnishing, spacious clean and comfortable."

"Hotel is old and dated. Room’s aircon is barely working. Hotel is located right opposite a big mall ( Aeon) and has restaurants, Food courts, supermarket. And JR is right there. There’s no parking at the hotel; public parking is across the street, with very few lots. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Cross Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is just few minutes walk from Sapporo JR Station, Odori Park and Susukino. TV Tower, Clock Tower and the market is just near by. Hot spring is on the top of the building. I can enjoy the city view from there, very relaxing. The service was good but it is a little bit hard to communicate in English. I will come back again. "
