"Wonderful breakfast, lovely room. A bit of mix up regarding city tax that was collected upon checking in and again at check out. No one informed us the tax was per night. I would have thought all taxes would have been collected at check in."

"My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay, 5/5. The host Stelios is very welcoming, helpful and kind. The mansion is beautiful, our room was amazing with a private balcony and the pool looks over the valley and Heraklion. Go to the village restaurant Stelios recommends, it was one of the best meals my wife and I have ever had. I saw a review complaining about a dog, the property has a fence around it and a gate so I don’t understand the complaint. I also didn’t hear or see a dog and the area seemed...

"Helped with luggage fast. No parking / chaotic to drop off luggage. Hotel was in a good spot - good recommendations for restaurants in the area. The pool area was a bit “run down” and the room was very small - we had a 3rd person in the room and the cot was very small with a very uncomfortable bed. Overall good area for one to reach the seaport "

"This property left nothing to desire. The room we had was clean, quiet and perfectly situated facing the beach. There was a full wall of a window to view a beautiful coastline with no obstruction at all. The staff was very friendly and helpful at turn of our stay. I just wish we had more time to stay longer. "The beds were the worst that I have slept in. Even when I travel to third world Countries the beds are better. They should also advertise that the hotel pool is topless, this might be a concern for families staying here if they are not aware. "
