Gangwon Hotels with Spa

"Hotel is well maintained and decorated. However there are limited food options : one restaurant and one buffet place which does not operate every day. The restaurant is good and we enjoy the meals but variety will be good for those that stay more than one night. There are not any eating establishments around the hotel. Hence no point wandering around unless you have a car. There is a convenience store in the hotel but it closes at 12 midnight and open around 9 am. The hotel grounds house a...

"Expansive property with several buildings in a well-landscaped area. Big lobby and easy check in. Nice clean room with great view of Seoraksan mountain. Easy outdoor parking adjacent."

"숙소 위치나 많이 걷는 등의 내용은 이미 알고있었기에 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다. 정원동 배정 메시지를 보고 숲속동으로 변경요청을 했을때도 매우 친절하게 처리해주셨습니다. 다만 방 자체가 외풍이 심하고 보일러를 가장 높게 설정했음에도 밤새 안쪽까지는 바닥이 데워지지 않아 추운 상태에서 전혀 휴식이되는 수면을 취할 수 없었습니다. 힐링을 하러깄던건데 잠을 편하게 자지 못해 만족감이 높진 않네요. 그 외 시설이나 산책로는 깨끗하고 청결하게 관리되고 있었고 식사도 좋았습니다. 계절 때문이라해도 난방은 기본적인 문제일텐데 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 지인에게 추천을 받고갔던건데 저는 추천하지 않을것 같아요."

"“Resort” is too generous. It is in a great location, but the room was bare-bones and the hallway carpets were horribly stained. It was a good place to sleep for the night, but you certainly didn’t want to lounge around there. It wasn’t a bad experience, there was just nothing (other than the location and price) to make me really WANT to go back to the hotel. "
