"Our first impression of Le Carre Noir was breathtaking. The drive up was dramatic, the view spectacular. The staff were cordial but we were offered no help with our bags and the key card system was down when we arrived. Very Good All-round with Onsite Parking
"This is a very nice hotel with a beautiful roof top pool and a small gym. We have stayed her twice. Both rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. There are nespresso- like coffee machines We also ate at the restaurant: the food and service were both very good. We have noticed that some hotels say they have onsite parking when they do not. But here there really is complementary onsite parking! "

"The desk clerks at the hotel were excellent particularly Alex who did whatever she could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the food and the service in the dining room. We were very disappointed to find that there was no fridge in the room--the only hotel of the 11 on our trip. We could store things in their fridge but that is not the same. Also there were no amenities such as shower cap or makeup remover pads, body lotion. Alex did get some for me but it would be nice to provide those in the room."
