"This hotel is having hygiene and cleaning services issues, bed sheets ,sofa, and bathroom are full of stains, rooms and hotel lobby smells terrible, cleaning service stops at 6pm although we checked in at 11pm , hotel blaming cleaning service shift at 6pm and they cant do anything until next day,i have called expedia asking for help , the hotel after then decided to move us to another room , worth saying that some of our groceries were stolen when moving from one room to another.
