チェックイン後、荷解きをする前に大きな荷物だけ置いて外出をして戻ってきたらベットの上に大量の蟻が発生していました。 さすがインドネシアと思いながらも 夜も遅かったのでフロントにベットシーツを変えてほしいと伝えました。 フロントスタッフは新しいシーツに変更すると言ってくれたので待っていましたが1時間以上経っても来なかったので再度フロントに言いに行ったら12時を回るったので業務終了。 対応は明日になると言われました。 自分たちが最初に言った事を守らないことに苛立ちました。 これを使えと渡られたスプレーはどう見てもルームフレグランス。 殺虫剤ではなかった.. しかも翌朝トイレが流れない.. 214号室は使わない方が良い。 滞在二日目部屋を変えてもらいなんとか問題なく過ごすことが出来ました。 部屋によって冷蔵庫があったりミネラルウォーターが用意されてたりと差があります。 運です。 良い点 近くにミニマートがあったり、レストランもそれなりにあるので立地は良い。 シャワーの水圧はかなり良いです。 後はサービスがもっと良くなることを願う..

Awesome staff
The stay was amazing, the hotel itself was very nice, clean and overall great. Above all, the staff was amazing! The receptionist and the bartender/restaurant were very helpful and fun to talk with, they made the stay absolutely fantastic!

Good value hotel
Lovwly staff and attentive. The hotel itself has been in maintenance mode sueing covid so needs some work ro bring it back to its original condition. Its nothing too bad and is definitely still comfortable

Clueless hotel. They didn't know I booked on Expedia, they gave me a room with no running water, then gave me a room with no towels in it. Really unprofessional and unprepared.

Highly recommended this hotel as it was very clean and tidy, the rooms were a decent size, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was really nice and above all the staff were super friendly and very helpful

We arrived at the airport at midnight the hotel made arrangements for someone to pick us up there. The manager and the staff at the hotel couldn’t have been any better, they made it a really enjoyable experience I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

スタッフは良いが残念
スタンダードルームは30cm幅縦長の開かない窓しかない。しかもカーテンを開けたら廊下。朝食は全てがベジタリアン料理なので私には不向き。プール付きホテルを選んだが、あのプールには入れない。ほぼ室内プール。スタッフはとっても親切だったが、料金に見合わずリピートは無いと思う。

ビーチに近いホテルでしたが、部屋に濡れた衣類を乾かす場所が一切なかったです。外はカンカン照りなのに、お風呂のタオルかけで乾かすしかなく、毎日半乾きでした。

Highly recommended.
Was greeted on arrival by warm and friendly staff topped with a glass of fresh juice. Staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Kitchen staff, Agus and others were outstanding. They offered personable service. Their juices were delicious, especially their mango, tangerine and mixed juices. Variety of delicious vegan dishes using fresh vegetables. Already missing their tempeh with peanut sauce. Very suitable location - close to the beach, laundary, restaurants, supermarket,etc... beautiful and calming pool area with soothing Balinese music in the background. They celebrated their third anniversary while we were there and the manager graciously invited us to partake of the food. Both my 22 year old and I would stay at this hotel when we return to Sanur.

Das Hotel war durchschnittlich, wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und dies hat auch völlig gereicht. Die Sauberkeit lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig, wir hatten noch Haare der Vorgängerin im Bad. Die Lage ist ideal, man geht aus dem Hotel und ist mittendrin.

Disappointed
When I checked in on the day of arrival, my room was not ready at 2 pm. The hotel information said that the checkin time was 2 pm. Although the receptionist was nice to me and offered me a beverage while I was waiting for my room, I had to wait for almost 40 minutes until my room was ready. All the time, the sitting area by the reception was rather drab and there were mosquitoes especially in the darker corner under the chairs. I finally got my room at 2.40 pm. The room was a standard in the ground floor, the same room as the reception. The room did not have a window and the door was a large sliding glass door that I had to keep the curtains shut because people would see me inside when they passed the room. The room absolutely had no city view, unlike what was advertised in their website when I booked it. During dinner I responded to Hotels.com online survey for check-in experience, and I mentioned that my room 'had no window, not as advertised', highlighting that the phrase 'city view' was misleading in their website. Within minutes, I received an email from Mahalakshmi Hotel management defending that the standard room was as it was. The email offered no courtesy whatsoever and failed to consider a customer's complaint may as well be an opportunity for improvement in their premises. I was disappointed in the lack of finesse in the management's response about my feedback. This hotel could have been a good place, given it was situated in a great neighborhood of Sanur.

Very kind staff. WiFi works wel. Only room has no windows to outside. Breakfast was average. Location is good, between all restaurant.
