The unnamed hotel close to the airport in Dar is in poor condition; but Protea exceeded our expectations! The courtyard is beautiful with the tropical plants and swimming pool. The free breakfast had the most variety I have ever been offered at any hotel, from American food, to Dutch food, to local food, to Indian food. I have never seen such a huge buffet for breakfast!...
