"就是登記時費了點功夫，到了酒店他們說沒收到我的訂單，等了有點久，還好最後找到資料了，一進房間就好驚喜，一開門就直望到陽台看到洱海，陽光和視野都好舒服，樓下還有好多停車場位置隨便停，去的時候是年30，晚上在酒店附近吃完飯，8點多就開始有好幾個地方都在放煙火，回到酒店陽台看到對面都在放煙火太美了，白硬晚上看都美，白天睡在床上看洱海，還以為自己身在一個養老的天堂"

"The hotel is set in an ancient dwelling built around a courtyard. While our room retained its original ancient nature, it was clean and comfortable. The bathroom, on the other hand, was modern and there was no lacking hot water. The staff was friendly and helpful. "The photos on the website looked pretty and the room was nice with lovely views. it said in the details it was 1 minute walk to Erhai Lake whereas it was actually a drive up a steep hill and then 60 steps down to the hotel and another 30 stairs to get down to the room. Very little choice of food for breakfast and limited selection for evening meal and nothing else close by. The hotel were messaging before our stay biut were not particularly welcoming or helpful seeming more interested in playing...

"For the big amount of money we have paid for the stay we are very disappointed. Your hotel is not in good order and no maintenance is done since it was built. The jacuzzi didn’t work, the kids club is dirty and many things are broken. Mini golf not working, air condition in the room not working. No one spoke a word English despite this is supposed to be a 5 star international hotel. "

However, we were not pleased that the electricity went out on the second night, leaving us in total dark and cold with no air conditioning, etc. The staff were not well trained to apologize in this situation but just remained silent.
