"The Hotel was lovely, very clean and the majority of staff were friendly and helpful. There are certain areas that are looking tired and needs some work doing to them, but we understand money isn't readily available to get these done because of Covid! We did throughly enjoy our stay and would definitely come back. The breakfast was amazing! "

The food is well labelled for dietary issues although there wasn’t a big choice of dairy free food, particularly in desserts and day time snacks. "hotel with good and bad things. Good - location, cleanliness, order. Not good - staff in dining room, explanation of hotel facilities at check-in, basic shower room ,not even body lotion . The hotel staff is charming and attentive, except for the dining room workers! We took half board and do not serve drinks at dinner to those on half board. Not even water!!! This needs to be fixed quickly! Other than that, overall a good hotel. "

"Nice property with children pool and nice adult pools as well. The food was really really good! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. The only 2 disadvantages we had were that no one told us the kids club is completely closed in September and that there were many fire ants around the pool- once we said it to the staff I think they sprayed the area and couple of days later it became a bit better. "
