"Great hotel and great location. **Just be aware of the hidden charges.** car parking is an additional £5, use of the pool is an additional £5. Food onsite is Ok. I personally had a little issue with my food, but it was resolved with a free drink. I Would stay here again, just need to be aware of those sneaky extras!"

"Beautiful place. We loved the fact that it's 799 years old, thinking about all the people that have come and gone before us enjoying the same space. Pretty grounds right on the river Dee. Old cemetery and remains of a chapel right behind for exploring. Natural beauty all around. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We stayed in a suite and everything met our expectations. Will definitely stay again. Also love that they have a vegan menu in their restaurant! 🌱💚"

"We stayed in a beautiful room with a view of the river which was spotlessly clean. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even providing a cooked breakfast one hour early on our departure day. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone."

"Norwood Hall is a proper Manor House with all the charm and loveliness that goes along with that. The staff are fantastic, the grounds are magical. We attended a wedding there during our stay - the dining room, food and service were absoutely impeccable. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will absolutely be returning."

"Only stayed for one night as in the area for business purposes. Had an evening meal in the bar area and the food was excellent. Room was clean and nicely decorated with all amenities provided. Staff were professional and courteous. The breakfast was superb in the morning although I did not have much appetite early on I wouldnt have gone hungry if I had been ready for food. "This stay was just exceptional in every way. The property was beautiful. The views were fantastic. There was easy access to walk along the river into town. The breakfasts were phenomenal. "We had an amazing stay at Crawfield Grange. The hosts were so friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough to help us, whether it was things to do or where to eat.
