"Carolina at the front desk, breakfast and driver staff were all very nice, accommodating, and provided excellent customer service. Not very much around there if you arrive in the early evening as far as food or place to buy water/sodas. Dogs barked alot outside in the evening."

"They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F weather. Speaking of cold. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm we discovered there was no heater in the room.
