Short stop over in Macau
Got an upgrade when checking in. Room nice and spacious with great view of wynn palace fountain below. WC had a strong smell of smoking but was a non smoking room which was a shame.

No check-in allowed until 3pm. After that. Check-in process went quickly. Had my room key by 305pm. Plenty of restaurants, of course, and a Starbucks. But none of the food was cheap. Room was fairly small.

Hotel is very new and grand style, room is very nice, we can see Parisian Hotel in front of the window. Toilet is very comfortable with shower facilities which we can relax after a busy day. Concierge staff is very helpful. They introduced good restaurants to us. We will definitely stay here again !

New hotel, but not much to do for family.
Lobby was very nice and staff were quite friendly, however there aren’t much affordable things to eat, no breakfast before 8am, most restaurant open late. Room has no carpet but wood floor, easy to clean but not too comfy. Bath tub hard to get out and toilet ventilation needs improvement. Room with 2 queen bed is a bit small. Spa is quite good but shouldn’t require appointment for hotel guest. No heated pool.

Modern, spacious lobby and location is strategicin Cotai area, staff is helpful with smiles! I was delighted with birthday decorations in the room and a birthday cake together with a plate of fruits were delivered to my room, pleasant surprise! Chun restaurant serves yummicious Cantonese cuisine though prices were slightly high! Overall, I had an excellent experience with the hotel and will return again!

Very comfortable rooms, not so, some of the staff.
Very comfortable. Lighting system in the rooms a pain in the arse. Desk staff exceptional. Inter hotel buses magnificent. Security staff very misguided in their racial profiling........

Everything was great at this property, we had an amazing time. Very friendly, they provided chocolates and a stuffed lion for the kids as welcome gifts. Above and beyond our expectations
