"This is the 3rd time I have stayed at a Sonder property. This one met the standard expected except for cleanliness. While it was clean, it wasnt spotless in areas that probably shouldve been common sense to wipe, like counters and the stove knobs. It should also be noted there is in unit laundry, the app folks didnt see to know that piece as I would have packed way lighter had it been confirmed when i asked. "Front desk staff was great during my 15 night stay. My room on the other hand was really bad and the housekeeping service was bad as well. My room had a TV that half the channels worked, the shower barely had any water coming out of it, the A/C / heater was broken and it took about 30 – 40 minutes for water to come out. "Upon checking in My family and I had the pleasure of being greeted by Martin, he was very friendly, polite and upbeat. He was very informative about the hotels amenities and area attractions. The rooms were very quiet and clean…breakfast was also included with stay and I must say it was hot and good. We stayed 2days and checked out on Sunday morning and Jeni was friendly upon departure. Thank you for a great, affordable, comfortable stay."
