"This is the second time I stay at the hotel. The building and rooms are old but clean and well maintained and kept: each unit has a kitchenette but in this occasion the stove was not working so I cannot give a 5 star rating. The hotel service is excellent and friendly. My suggestion is to provide at least 1 bottled water daily to guest although there is a big jug in the lobby. "Where do I begin? Wow ... Elegance is not the word I would use. Staff is great. Hot shower great. I'm sure the place was a 3 star hotel in the 1970s. It has not been touched since then. "Due to late running buses and a very early flight we spent less than 6 hours in the hotel! The room was generally ok, we booked a twin and it was a large room with 2 double beds. "The property is located very close to the Witches Market and central Cathedral. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast was as per many other hotels of this class.
