"Deni has an exceptional character as he followed up with me from the moment the reservation was made till my arrival. He was just right there. "Our stay was wonderful in a local area of Mostar. Handy local market on our doorstep and access to centre and shops as advertised by hosts. Parking issue has been corrected by hosts as initially stated it was free, however it is paid on-street parking - hint pay at post office. We had an issue late at night that the hosts were able to rectify for us, note to future guests be careful when closing the balcony door. "

"I booked this place to stay. When we arrived they did not have a room for us. No one at the front desk just a lady who works in the kitchen. They sent us to another hotel/ pension and they told us that it was the same. We ended up sleeping in that pension and the family who runs that business were excellent!!!
