Very uncomfortable beds. Tiny bathroom. Often had to request room to be cleaned. Given wrong phone number by reception TWICE to get transport back from Patong & no refund offered when we had to make our own way back to hotel. Unfortunately a lot of maintenance & construction happening during our stay. Only good aspects were the pool & breakfast.

View from our room matched the photo on Wotif. Stunning. Great breakfast every morning. Our safe stopped working, within minutes of making a call to the front desk, we had a tech up to our room to fix it. Speedy! We are located right on the beach.

We only had a short 3 night stay for our family of four, GREAT room attached pools and good general pool facilities, polite and friendly staff.

The entire main pool was closed for planned maintenance for the duration of our stay. I understand this is necessary but think it is important that the hotel chooses to communicate this as part of the booking, and compensate guests during these maintenance periods. This was poorly managed by the hotel and as a result I would not recommend choosing this hotel.

Very cute property, staff were very attentive. My only complaint is the rock hard beds, the sun bed was a lot more comfortable- we even took that cushion and placed it on the bed.

Overall was good. Beach front Enough area for young kids to play Breakfast with good options but staff members have a terrible attitude. Dont ask them for something twice or ask them to change something or dont tell them how you would like for something to be done. Do that and you will get frustrated with their attitude. Don't like what you do then do something else. You are working in the hospitality segment then you have to know how to talk to people and how to deliver your serice in a pleasant manner. Overall was a good stay but going back to Phuket, we will find another property.

The resort had a nice layout and pool and great buffet breakfast however no insulation in walls meant noise came through from neighbours and as a light sleeper this was no good for me. The resort has a number of descending levels so not great if you have mobility issues. When it rains hard the different levels fill up with water and walkways flood.

Fantastic familyhotel
Very nice family hotel with lots of children friendly activities, direct beach access and various swimming pools. Breakfast buffet is very good as well. Only negative point is the internet connection, which constantly switches off.

First of all for $80 night there’s nothing I should really complain about but … (1) internet was poor while next door at various beach-front bars it was fast and reliable, (2) buffet breakfast was plentiful but not much quality stuff, (3) not a whole lot nearby to see and do. The good stuff - pools were huge and shallow for the kids, rooms were very clean, beds were firm. So all up - value for money no doubt.

Disappointing.
Good things - good access to beach, big water bodies inside the property, decent breakfast platter. Not so good things - beachfront is outsourced and therefore no beach facing restaurants and beach beds are paid basis (expensive), cleanliness of rooms is not great, service is abysmal (we were charged for breakfast on early arrival but we're not even offered breakfast if early departure), look and feel of the place is average at best - no effort in decor, etc. At this price, there are many better options available in Phuket. Avoid if you can.

I booked double room with pool view but when I reach they says it’s not pool room and I pay more to change the room. Food was horrible cannot find anything to eat and not clean. Place if far away from any attractive. I don’t recommend at all. They are all need to fool you. Very bad experience hotel and place.

Perfect place for a break.
Great stay at spacious 4 star beach resort. We had two Grand Deluxe rooms with garden view for us and our 3 teenagers including buffet breakfast daily. We found the food to be great and the kids especially loved the fruit shakes at the pool. The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. We had no issues at this property; it was clean, well-cared for and had a beautiful Thai style without paying for 5 star 'frills' we wouldn't use. Easy access to the beach, water sports and taxis, tuk-tuks, other restaurants and shops without being super-busy like Patong.

We stayed at this resort for 10 nights and we had two rooms for 6 people. The rooms are big and spacious. The resort was really clean and pools were fantastic. The breakfast was also really nice with a good range of food. Most of the staff were really friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was at the time of check out. They kept us at the reception for 10 minutes asking about a teaspoon. We were told that there were two teaspoons in each room but we only had one and so they kept us there for 10 minutes to “investigate”. I was shocked when they told me we have to pay for two teaspoon which were not even in the room. I didn’t care about the money because compere to the 77000 BHT which I paid for 10 nights stay paying for a teaspoon is funny but I didn’t like it anyways.

Awesome pool and burger
The pool was awesome! They have a swim up bar and a really nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Food at restaurant was hit or miss, but surprisingly the burger from the Pool Bar was really good. The rooms were very clean and everyone on staff was friendly.

The property was beautifully placed right next to the beach, it is up to date and well-kept. The staff were helpful, efficient and polite (even going above and beyond to remove a tiny lost lizard from our room!). It was excellent value for money.

A week at Arinara
We stayed at Arinara in a Pool access room for 7 nights. The room itself was spacious with plenty of room for us to relax, included a cot for our 2.5yo daughter. The bathroom was fine, shower could use a regrout of the tiles. Bed size was great, albeit a little hard for what we are used to, but we still slept fine. WiFi was spot on. Facilities are fantastic for families, pools are great and beach is beautiful. The whole area of Bang Tao is perfect for families and Arinara is a great budget friendly but still luxurious option. The beach is host to beautiful sunsets and huge choice of places to eat and enjoy the surroundings. The only thing was it was sometimes difficult to communicate with swim up bar staff, simply a language barrier. All in all we would definitely book again!

Staff we’re friendly but the hotel is false advertisement. Its not like in the pictures the beds are old the ac is old the towels were yellow, we had to leave. I requested a refund and they denied it. Bad hotel.
