"What a place! Absolutely worthy of the rating and stars you have! Everything from the moment of walking in to leaving the service was sublime! The room (302 for me) was clean, spacious. Comfortable and the facilities, in particular the coffee, were tremendous! Typically i wouldn’t eat at the hotel as I’m usually too tired but on this occasion I arrived earlier than expected and due to this got to use all the gym facilities, pool, sauna and steam room! But the restaurant and service are in another class….. the food, service and variety, including wines etc were commensurate of all the other facilities! Big shout out to Connor who looked after me during my dining experience……a true credit to Aztec 💯"

"Really great location in Bristol, with good food and drink options at the hotel. I particularly appreciated the attached carpark and how easily walkable everything was. The room was just perfect with great linens and towels, robes, slippers, room service and free bottled water. "

"Good value considering it was so close to city centre and public transport, which was what I wanted. Very helpful desk staff. Comfortable room. Restaurant attached to it had good menu, and there are many more restaurants across the road in shopping centre too. "

"Really lovely property. Enjoyed our stay very much. Staff was lovely, restaurant The Elders was superb. Our bathroom while very nice was showing its age with some of the caulking and the glass shower divider was loose so let some water spill out. Just a bit more attention to detail and the cleaning would have been 5 stars. I would return. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Central but still quiet (even though we were facing the main road). Staff very helpful- including providing early check in as we had a wedding and needed to get changed. Car park was secure and reasonably priced. "

"Lovely stay, only downside was our bed had broke but once I told reception they sorted us and moved us to another room all within 15mins so amazing service from the man in reception who I didn’t catch his name unfortunately. Breakfast was good"

"Lovely room over looking the park. Walked to a lovely pub across the river. I always have to have a gym anywhere I stay to feed my addiction and this one didn’t disappoint. Friendly staff and discounted NCP parking next door. "
