Abandoned Resort

It was a bad trip for my family. Although it has been refunded but seriously its a trauma for my family. The resort was a abandoned resort. Closed and not operated anymore and I made a booking without knowing it.

The property looked deteriorated. The landscape not in proper maintenance. But the staffs are frendly n rooms are clean. They need to refurbish n change their furniture immediately.

Pleasant stay if you want a village experience

I stayed in 3 rooms apartment facing beach. Block C. My room was 3406. Rooms were clean. The staffs was always smiling eventhough they were shortage of staff. If you are not fussy and looking for a village experience you should stay here.

Only offered a beautiful of the ocean

Hotel and rooms condition are really outdated and dirty. Room amenities are limited and poor quality. Bring your own soap, toilet papers and shampoos. Too expensive in comparison to the room condition and price. Lot of trash near the beach parameter surrounding the hotel. The beach however was gorgeous . The location is very remote with no real eating places nearby.

Lack of security aspect. Cctv not functioning well. Sorrounding was so dark with no ground lamp. Toiletteries and drinks not provided equally and no housekeeping done on the 2nd day. Not much can be done here due to lack of facilities. Wifi provided for free but very slow.

The worst hotel appmnt im ever stayed room condition was out me and my family had and ichy/rashes all the body due the god small bugs and not been clean propely.

Unpleasant experience

Pretty bad, room condition very bad, mulfuntion toilet door, springy sound bad, oily floor, mulfuntion aircond controller, itchy blenket and many more

The hotel need to to be refurbished.

The location of the hotel is good. The beach is so great. The condition of the hotel is so bad. No room service.

Peaceful sea view room

Booked 1 night stay here during peak season for 5 rooms. Entertained by great staff. Overall, the rooms were good.

Hotel was a bit run down. However the swimming pool was nice and the sea view from the hotel room was perfect. Could do better if the facilities were maintained properly.

Hotel yang sesuai bagi penginapapan berkeluarga

Saya bersama keluarga seramai 6 orang (4 dewasa dan 2 kanak-kanak) menginap di unit yang mempunyai 2 bilik tidor. Saya bernasib baik kerana unit yang kami menginap berkeadan yang baik, bilik yang luas dan selesa sedangkan saya dapati secara keseluruhannya hotel ini berkeadaan agak uzur dan saya telah diberitahu oleh pekerja-pekarja di hotel bahawa sebahagian besar bilik di sini berkeadaan yang amat uzur dan pihak pengurusan hotel sedang dalam proses untuk membuat pembaikian serta menaikan semula taraf hotel ini.
