Issues with aroma from bathroom and water not hot but good pressure. Enjoyed a pleasant break in a good location which was surprisingly quiet considering the numerous hotels located in the Soi. "We loved our time at Proud! The apartment was fantastic just as the pictures show. Great communication from the managers. The pool on the roof was incredible and gave us time to relax in peace and quiet. Local shops and brilliant restaurants - We Cafe and Vida Nova for brunch and dinner respectively. Great to have a coffee shop on the ground floor, it doesn’t open until 9am though. We are thinking about coming back on our way up to Phuket airport. Thanks!"

"This was a 2bdr apt. No AC in the large living area. AC in the bedrooms was very poor. Probably needed maintenance. No WiFi in the master bedroom. Leak in the master bathroom kept the floor flooded. It is not a far drive from some great sites, food, and beaches and it is not in the heart of the city bustle and noise. It is a beautiful set up and the room was private and clean. I did have ants show up one day and the staff were so wonderful to take care of it quickly. Highly recommend! "
