Great place to stay
Lovely hotel in a quiet location, across the road from the beach which comes to life each evening with food stalls. Staff are professional and security is 24 hours. Rooms are spacious and clean along with the bathrooms and the breakfast buffet is very good.

มีการปรับปรุงระวังเข้าพัก ไม่มีแจ้งล่วงหน้า เสียงดังทั้งวัน ไม่มีบริการใดๆ ซับพอร์ตให้ ทั้งที่มีการปรับปรุง พนักงานแจ้งว่าต้องขอโทษด้วยที่เสียงดัง เท่านั้น อาหารเช้า จำกัดไข่ สั่งได้คนละฟองเท่านั้น ผ้าเช็ดหน้าไม่มีบริการ มีแต่ผ้าเช็ดตัว

จอง check in 5 out 6 June แต่พอ มาใน เมลล บอก in 4 out 5 ....และไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงอะไรได้ ต้องเสียเงินทิ้ง 2,600 ++ Hotel ก้อไม่support อะไร รร ก็ไม่ support อะไร นี่ใช้ hotel.com มานานหลายปี คงจะได้เลิกใช้แล้วแหละ รู้สึกแย่มากที่ช่วยอะไรไม่ได้เลย

Keep Driving.
Looks beautiful and manicured but no hot water our entire stay, no WiFi in room despite router and instructions. Mosquitos in room. Room service Menu in room but “food not available.” Staff’s response English and Thai was to stare at us and shrug. No Apology or explanation.

Stayed in a superior room. Water in shower area takes a while to drain. Towels are quite old. Otherwise okie place to stay.

Had a very good stay. Friendly staff. Just starting to look a bit old. Seen reviews on how good the breakfast was. Taste very good. Everything a bit disorganised . No eggs on display. Told later I could ask for them. Message in English please. Otherwise very nice visit

Hotel was ok . Thai only breakfast, friendly staff close to the beach and a few restaurants and bars. I was there mid week very quiet area, too quiet for me I moved on.

Very good resort in Cha-Am
Very recommend for vacation. Banlansuan Resort is located at good location in cha-am, can find it easier. All staff are very nice and friendly. They all have service mind. The room is very clean and comfort. There are a lot of trees, so the resort is very shady. It's very suitable for relaxation.

Nice hotel close to the beach
The Banlansuan Resort was a very well located, modern property with touches of Thai charm to give it character. It lies just across the street from the beach in Cha-am along the main beach road. Lots of good restaurants and shops near by and about 2 km from the railroad station. I would stay here again.

Lovely staff that are always there to please. The room is lovely with a great verandah day bed all at a very reasonable price. Some nice cafes and resturants nearby.

Terrible mangement.
I booked a room with two beds for me and my friend. But when we arrived the manager told us that they didn't have any rooms with two beds left. She was very unhelpful, almost rude. She couldn't do anything about it, she even said that one off us could sleep on the sofa. Very unpleasant experience. Other than that the stay was decent. Clean rooms, good location and friendly staff (everyone besides the manager).

fantastic stay
Within steps from the beach!!!! Love the balcony !!! U can literally lie down on the day bed the whole day enjoying the cool breeze n the sound of birds chirping..breakfast could be better as u have only 1 option ..not the usual buffet kind..but overall..i would love to be back again soon!

Lovely rooms and the staff were very friendly, but not very helpful since none of them could speak English. They were doing some remodelling when we were there in mid July, but the rooms were well isolated so we only heard it outside.
