"The staff was wonderful and allowed us to check-in early (b/c rooms were available), but they also let guests drop bags early. The location is great and very central - HOWEVER, it is literally adjacent to the tram stop. That's convenient, but our room was on the front of the building, just above the tram stop, and we heard the tram bells (arrival and departure) all night. It was hard to sleep. "The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."

As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately.
