"Dreadful smell in the reception/ dining area. All publuc areas very tired and looked / felt dirty. Bedroom was tiny and bathroom was so smslll your knees were rubbing against the wall when using the toilet! Bedroom seemed clean but carpet not so much. Just needs money spent on it. "Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel).
