"Information on booking said open from 12, tried to check-in at 14:30. Hotel was closed & had sent a separate message saying different times to check-in, we didn’t receive it. Rooms very basic, balcony is just a door - it’s not enough to stand on let alone sit. No mirror other than the small bathroom one. Twin beds only, which is hard to understand when the bathroom door is glass & doesn’t shut properly so quite uncomfortable even for a couple! No answer to calls to confirm. The frosty check-in...

"Ana and Alfonso were very friendly hosts. We stayed for one night in two separate rooms (a couple and my 90 year old mother and sister). The rooms were fitted out and decorated to a high standard. The lift was perfect for my mother, who walks with a stroller, as was the layout of the rooms. We all sat on the roof terrazza late afternoon. Breakfast was varied and of excellent quality (freshly squeezed juice, fruit, yogurt, artisan bread with cheese, ham, honey etc)"
