We got a complimentary upgrade upon arrival and the concierge helped us from booking activities to buying ferry tickets. The whole staff was extremely helpful and kind. We dined at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel and the food was delicious. The chef himself makes special orders at breakfast and come serve you himself. We travel internationally quite often and this was one of our best experiences! "

"The service was superb. When we walked in to check in, we were met by the Hotel Manager Antonio Nocera with a big greeting. He shared with us the workings of the hotel and areas around it. The check in service people were always pleasant and helpful. We had drinks at happy hour each day and also enjoyed a late dinner one night.
