Great apartment with views out over the sea & wonderful sunsets. Shuttle bus was a bonus as its a good 25 min walk into the main st. Would be even better if there was an extra 4 & 6pm run. Parts of the property and the pool is looking a bit tired and neglected so some repairs & maintenance is required. Also do not bother with the on-site restaurant for anything else other than breakfast.

It’s in quiet location, next to the sea. The staff is friendly , the food is delicious. The apartment is clean and in good condition. Everything is good except the room has some strange smell, especially when you just came back to the room. Even if I opened the window for a long time, the smell is still there.

We had a wonderful stay and would stay again. A complimentary full buffet breakfast was included daily for our stay. The apartments are so spacious we would could live here. Thank you for everything.

It was a really nice place to stay at n yes it was quiet but thats wat i like definitely will be back hopefully they will have built in netflix n stan on there tvs lol till next time if they had it it would have been a 5 star overall better luck next time guys n girls 🙂

It was more than we expected. The apartment was very spacious for the 5 of us. Plenty of kitchen facilities for when you dont want to go out for dinner. Pools were pretty good too (the 18 pool being a little dirty on the bottom was a very minor negative). Overall you wont be disappointed if you stay here. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again!

We stayed in Villa number 34 which is a two-storey, three-bedroom villa on the water. There were three of us staying here including a 15-year-old. Breakfast was included as part of the stay and there was a great deal of variety offered. The gent that runs the place was super friendly and his staff were too. This venue also offers meals during the week and is a gin bar. Our villa was magnificent, roomy with some of the spectacular views across the Whitsundays. The master bedroom was outstanding. View across the water from the bedroom, shower and bath. Lovely balcony to sit on and just look across the waters. 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Two upstairs, one downstairs. Fully functioning kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee and a good selection. Milk and bottled water are also supplied. A huge pantry that had everything you needed to hold a dinner party for 12 if you wanted to. The dishwasher was so so handy. The loungeroom was super spacious with a monster TV. Great outdoor space with lounge chairs to sunbake and private so if you like to sunbake topless you are good. The ground people were lovely and super friendly. It is a 5-minute cab drive into Airlie that costs around 15 The only fault and this wasn't for our stay but for the property is that the toilet downstairs leaked outside and may become an issue - we forgot to mention this when checking out. Overall a great luxury venue to stay at and I highly recommend the villa stay and location.

What a great resort. Rooms are huge, spectacular views, great location. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfasts, Indonesian dinner options and cocktails by the pool.

I stayed in a one bedroom villa as I needed some peace and quiet. The view was heavenly and there was even a birds nest above the pool! I am not normally a bird person but I figured out it was a yellow bellied sunbird. Relaxing by my plunge pool, with my book, the view and my little bird friend was ridiculously relaxing. I also had a morning at the day spa and felt so relaxed and pampered. Best holiday. Highly recommend!

This property needs some upgrades. Lift s not working in multiple locations on the property. Lights not working in multiple areas at night when returning to property after dark. Many units need paint on the outside, a bit shabby for such an expensive resort. Food was very average in the resort. Gym equipment was not in great condition. Sofa in room was very uncomfortable to lounge on.

Great views of the beach! Unfortunately, the room needed basic upkeep. Floors were dirty, feet got black with dirt within a few minutes of walking barefoot. Tiles were not grouted and shifted as you walked over them. This creates a tripping hazard. One tile was even cracked in several places. Toilet lid was not installed properly, was literally just placed over toilet and would come completly off when lifting lid to use toilet. Glass railing appeared as if it had not been cleaned in months. Chrome trimmings next to bath were caked with soap scum. Soiled couch cushions, couch was even missing cushions. Bugs in the bathroom, which has an open shared space with the bedroom. Informed management of issues, they said said they would send someone to clean up. House cleaning never came, engineer fixed the toilet lid quickly. Breakfast was good, but you have to fight the flies off constantly. Adult pool was nice. Almost forgot, fitness center is small and damp, smells as if there are humidity/ventilation issues. Fitness center served as the lobby/entrance for the Spa. Walked right out upon the aroma of mold in the center. Tons of potential at this property... just needs the right team to get it back on track. Spend your hard-earned money at another hotel for the best experience until Mirage can get their operation together.

Beautiful location with a lovely walking track close by. We stayed in the Penthouse and this was perfect for our family of 4 couples and kids. Only thing that needs improvement is their breakfast options. We only ate here once and ended up going out the others day even though it was included. Overall lovely stay

A shoutout to Mick, the nicest person you will meet. As we arrived early then the check in time, he offered to drive us to Airlie beach and also pick us up back to the Mirage when the room is ready to check in. Also a great job in maintaining the whole complex in an excellent condition. Thank you Mick for your hospitality.

The apartment complex has lovely pools and gardens. View of the sea was fantastic. Nice breakfast. Just out of Airlie Beach so caught the courtesy bus during the day and cabs in the evening. The apartment was clean with everything you need plus more. I think we were unlucky though because our 3 bedroom apartment smelt horribly of wet old carpet. Management did not move us after we complained of the stench. We endured the 3 days with all doors & windows open. And it still stunk. Also we ordered a 2 bed deluxe apartment but were put in the 3 bed smelly one. Very disappointed 😔. I don’t know how Mirage can hire out a sub standard apartment. Obviously profits are more important than customer service and satisfaction.

The property is in a top location with magnificent water views. A lovely walk along the boardwalk to Airlie Beach. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The pools and gym were fantastic. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Unfortunately we had 'no signal' issues with the TV, which was frustrating while trying to watch a movie. A maintenance person was sent the next day but the problem continued for the rest of our stay. The wifi is intermittent and the phone in the apartment did not work. More options for food after 2pm would of been great as there is no restaurant on site for dinner. Overall a great place and a fabulous holiday.

We stayed at a penthouse - three families with young kids. Panoramic scenery from the living area and the master bed was gorgeous. Pool area and the bar was really good. Breakfast had lots of options and in decent quality. Penthouse was roomy and enough space for us. Tv, Kitchen bathroom amenities were great. Bedrooms were clean and bedding were clean too. However common furniture (dining chairs, sofa sets) were dusty and had all kinds of stains. Kitchen could have been better stocked. We didn’t even find salt or pepper in the kitchen. Dinning options are limited, but there are plenty of take outs around. Reception closes at 6pm and there isn’t a lot the after hours services can do.

Great size apartments for a family. Desperately needs a regular shuttle bus into town and back, and a restaurant on the premises for dinner after a long out exploring trying to organise food was very difficult. Even some takeaway (who deliver) brochures in the room would have been a help
