"Big Brother Surf Inn was a good experience. I stayed there with a friend for two nights. The rooms were clean and the bed very big. The bathroom was amazing with green leaves and bamboo. "The rooms were comfortable but didn't realize the first floor bathrooms would be open to nature. We found a frog in our bathroom one morning and the last morning found a lizard in our bathtub. I'm all for nature but outside of my room. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and enjoyed the privacy of the our own pool and common area."

"This was a horrible hotel stay, there wasn't even hand soap and the room smell. The room we booked was still under construction and there was no management on site. Super nosy so it ruin our Bali experience. Our group of girls had our rooms split and I learned that we over paid. There were so many other hotel room on the same street to rent for a cheaper deal, not under construction and was cleaner. I would never go back nor recommend anyone to this hotel. "The property is poorly managed and maintained. The room is dirty. All towels and cups have many dirty spots. The lock on the door as well as many lights in the room have broken. No one came to fix them even after repeated requests. Very bad experience and we never would return there."
