Upon arrival we showed our VIP perks of having a bottle of wine and a room upgrade. They did not award us a room upgrade and we had to fight for the bottle of wine that was given to us on our last day of the trip. Our room was above the main area and was so noisy. We could hear everything in the main area until 4am every night. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and our entire group (16 of us) became violently ill after 2 days at the resort and continued to be sick for a week afterwards. We asked about the filtration system and was given a push back with getting an answer.

Everything was great and would definitely recommend. Only negative is we went to the Chinese restaurant and the steak was very chewy. Other than that would be back.

The staff here was absolutely excellent at service. Every interaction with every single staff member was positive. The food was outstanding. The entire resort was spotless. We will definitely be back.
