They always ran out of liquor pillows smell horrible pools tile floors missing throughout the pool swim up bar closed only one half open do to not having liquor doors to go from inside your room to the balcony jammed hardly ever worked to go outside

It was perfect for our teenagers celebrating graduation. However, ATM broken so bring cash as I felt bad not being able to tip. They try to upsell you ALOT so that’s annoying. Drinks made with not so great liquor. Often ran out of options and have to reserve your spot at the pool really early.

Extremely hazardous rooms.. terrible service..terrible food .. health hazard . Unbearable condition.. not the 5 star experience , one of my friend she got very sick , the sealing was leaking and they other one she left , should be removed from Expedia. I have photos and would like to file a complaint

I have to say the dining experience was amazing. The overall staff… I lower my hat to them. There wasn’t an instant that the staff from the custodians to the captains of the restaurants, the 24hrs staff, etc that did the impossible to satisfy your needs. Extremely great full. The hotel staff was very good too, except the vendors. I felt harassed.
