Expedia sucks. I booked flights, hotel and airport transfer with them. Airline canceled my flight and Expedia did not help with rebooking flight, shuttle or hotel. There's no point in using them. I spent about 10 hours calling/emailing everyone. I got a flight for the next day but neither Expedia or hotel would credit or refund the first night. All-inclusive rates are not cheap. I also paid extra on Expedia for the flight so that I could pick seats. When the airline changed my flight, they said I only paid for Economy with no right to choose seats and they didn't receive seat fees so I would have to pay to choose seats. So when you see tiers of Economy on Expedia (Basic Economy, Economy, etc.), know that the airline doesn't have the same categories or recognize the Expedia categories.
Otherwise, the resort is good. Very friendly staff, good food, beautiful beach, big pool and clean rooms. Beach has seaweed but staff clean it and it's a minor nuisance. Hotel told us before we arrived that restaurants had dress codes but then they said no when we asked at checked in. No one enforced a dress code. We made dinner reservations once we checked in. We didn't get our first few choices but we still got bookings at a decent dinner hour. Buffet was good for breakfast and lunch but not for dinner. We tried Mexican, Italian and Argentinian for dinner and all were good.
The rooms didn't have a door separating the bathroom and no teens club.
