"This is nice if expensive boutique hotel minutes from Harvard Square with underground parking. Our room was comfortable and luxurious. There is free excellent pod coffee (not Keurig) in the lobby and they will valet your car in and out of the garage which is a good idea given then narrow spiral driveway. The location is 5 minutes from Harvard Yard and close to many restaurants. Great for a Harvard reunion."

The hotel sided with the guest creating the situation. So if you need help or a problem resolved. The hotel point blank said they are not going to do anything about it and you are on your own. "My husband and I stayed at the Pennyweight Hotel in Boston for a birthday trip to see a concert. I checked the website beforehand to make sure they had a restaurant bc we had limited time in the city. We sat around and waited until 5pm for the “restaurant” to open, only to be told that the ONLY thing they had to eat was a cheese platter.
