"Loved our stay so much we are already looking at booking again later on year for 2 weeks. Quiet beautiful views lovely to deal with the spa was a hit with our kids. "

"Excellent location. General facilities are professionally kept and serviced. Two small details impacted our visit. Sofa in-room is tiny and uncomfortable, and the only living room seating. Queen-sized bed was also very uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise kitchen was well-equipped, washer/dryer worked great and shower/bathroom was lovely. "

"There was a problem with the Air Conditioner. I understand these things can happen, but when I reported it to the person,she knew what was happening. So in other words, the problem had been experienced before. The advice from management was to not use the A/C after they had inspected it. There was no offer to shift us to another room, and if there was an existing fault with the A/C before we arrived why wasn't it repaired."

"The pool was closed for repairs and wotif did not inform. However breakfree did let me know about 5 days prior to my visit. At that stage it was too late to make other arrangements. The staff at the hotel were however exceptional pleasant cheerful and kind and did upgrade us to make up for the issue with the pool "
