"For the amount that was paid for two nights, my experience does not match the hospitality. They need more front desk workers. There was only one 3 front desk workers so they seemed to be over worked. The room from the pictures does not look the same in person. Our room was damaged on the walls and grout in the bathroom needed to be scrubbed. The worst part of it all was the AC. Not only did it not work they knew and never informed us. I called about it and then they let me know it’s not working...

"Very clean. Very nice and helpful staff. I got a kettle when I asked, my cheese was put in the fridge and my boarding pass was printed. The area is a bit shadyish but I didn't feel unsafe. Nice canal/river walk nearby with some restaurants. I do Paris on foot and it is a bit far from the main attractions, about an hour to the Louvre just to give you an idea.
Negative points: the room is very small, only the bed, night tables and a cupboard, no chair even so you have to sit on the bed and it's...

"The here is constant noise coming from pipes or AC, constant clicking rattling noise. I asked the staff to look into it but he said he can’t hear it. I recorded it and sent it to hotel WhatsApp, with no acknowledgment. The plug hole in the sink was stuck closed! So you can’t shave or brush your teeth. I showed the duty guy and he just said sorry!!"

"The air conditioning in my room did not work and the temperature in Paris was 39 degrees. I was promised that something would be done on the first night but nothing was done. They only offered me a fan on the second night.
The hotel manager refused to talk to me when the junior receptionist called him. They only changed my room on the third night and I was not offered a refund as the receptionist was not authorised to make a refund.
The manager was on holiday and I demanded that he should call...

"The room was very stuffy, NO A/C, only an old fan; a small elevator; the staff was a little bit helpful. They only provide few old worn out bath towels; you have to ask for toilet paper; it’s close to many coffee shops and restaurants and metro stations and buses; a lot of homelessness activities; very busy intersections so we hear sirens and trains all day."
