The hotel itself is great. Convenient location, clean, reasonably priced, and pretty nice. The issue is that check in is managed via kiosk, and there are no hotel staff available to assist with issues. When booking through Expedia, I was given an expedia specific confirmation #. When checking in through the kiosk, this confirmation number did not allow me to complete check in. The check in sign directed me to call a phone number; however, I was unable to call that number, as I do not have a local phone plan. Additionally, I was supposed to be texted my check in information, but I did not receive this text. I eventually used the cafe's phone to call the help line, and they were able to assist me in checking in. Ultimately, the check in process would have been smooth if I had booked directly, instead of going through expedia. I would recommend this hotel, but I wanted to call out this issue.

This was not my first time visiting this hotel in Busan. Couple times I traveled Busan with my dogs, I’d just stay here just because it’s a decent and well- known pet friendly hotel in Busan for a long time. The most upsetting part was sanitary conditions. ( & A poor service of staffs as well! ) They do have a good dog mat which prevents dog’s dislocation & they can walk around safely but was so dirty & old that I could see the stains and old piled up dust/ pee whatever over the mat design. It was also a small size which designed for hallway. ( Since I’ve also used the same dog mat brand, idk why they put the hallway size which was narrow, and small. ) Anyway, the mat area is where dogs stay and was definitely not clean AT ALL. We had to clean a whole part of the mat and the floor in general. They also put only 2 pee pads in the room which was ridiculous since there’s no reception/ where to ask. About the poor service, each time that I had to make a call for asking more doggy pads, changing the towels( 3 days stay) or emptying trash cans … They sounded like they’re bothered and answered with a slow, offensive tone. If my friends/ families ever ask me about this hotel, I Will Not Recommend them here to stay.

We enjoyed the hotel, it was close to everything we wanted to do. It was near the beach, cable cars, and the strip with street food and restaurants. One of the nights, we choose to no be disturbed and the cleaning staff left a bag of essentials outside our door, included towels and water. We thought it was very nice of them to do that. We booked this hotel knowing there’s as no front desk. You check in with a kiosk in front of the hotel. We booked via Expedia and never received any check-in information. We had an issue checking in. Expedia saw no issues on their end and they tried to help walk us thru the check in but ultimately we needed to call the hotel and speak to someone that gave us a reservation number that Expedia did not provide. Overall good stay, check-in was a little frustrating since we booked via Expedia.

Excellent Hotel! No front desk, self check-in. The room is clean and comfy. There is a mini washer in the bathroom, so that you can wash your clothes and undies. What I was so amazing about is the dryer machine in the room! The clothes will dry in 90 mins. Although the Hotel is quite far away from Busan city and the KTX Train Station, but to Haeundae Beach is only 5 mins walk. And I able to travel around by the public transport. Mostly by bus. I took the Kakao Taxi from KTX Train Station to the Hotel at night was around 21 thousand Won (40 mins). There is a convenience store, food and cafes at level 1 of the Hotel. There are many restaurants, cafes you can find at the building opposite the Hotel too.

Reason why I gave a three-star is because as we read and found out, there is no staff (check in). Cleaning service is great. This is a self check in/out hotel. I would suggest a local sim card with number to be text info about your room codes.

Loved this gem of a hotel and would definitely stay again-only thing that I was unsure about-there’s no front desk; check in is via kiosk next to the stairs across from the coffee shop…as a foreigner it confused me, but the lady working at the coffee shop spoke English and helped me right away. I was very thankful! The beds are SO comfortable and rooms clean as a whistle. If you have pets-this is also the place for you-they have designated floors for dog owners and cater towards dogs complete with dog kits, grooming services etc.

If you are not familiar with a kiosk check in this can be very frustrating and confusing. The kiosk would not accept our reservation code, but thankfully the lady at the One Euro coffee was a real help. Apparently it wasn't her first time helping . You must have a phone that can call local, the coffee lady called the number for us, but the lady at the other end had very poor English. We were on the 24 th floor and the view was amazing, also we were literally 2 minutes away from the beach. Excellent hotel, very clean and tidy but a real pity about the lack of a front desk. We had an issue with the A/C, and could not get help from any body.We eventually figured it out.Positives out weight the negatives, so a yes for us to return again when in Buscan.

The self check in was quite difficult for myself and my sisters who are Korean from America. We didn’t have a Korean number to use when checking in. The lady that works at Euro coffee was super helpful and kind enough to help us. Once we did check in, though the room was clean and had a nice view, we needed extra towels and shampoo at one point and didn’t know how to contact anyone about it. Thankfully we bumped into the housekeeper who was very friendly and helped us. I also like the Emart convenience store was open 24hrs. PleaE make it easier for foreigners!

Location is great. As long as you stay at 24th or 25th Floor, view is excellent. Only downside is, there is no actual frontdesk- only communicate through the phone or text. Hard to request anything

Haeundae Youngmu Parade is ALWAYS a GOOD Choice!
I have always loved staying at this hotel. Booking and check-in are easy. The service is always very good and the location to the beach is TERRIFIC. The wait for the elevator at check-out time can be a bit long and annoying, but that's OK.

Great Beach View and Clean Room. Smoking Issue
Have loved staying in this location each time I come to Busan Rooms are new, clean, big, comfortable beds and does not switch over to a heat only system. Many hotels here switch to heat only which is hard for me so love that I can still use AC. Only issue this trip was that I could not really use the balcony, tub, or leave door open long. Reason being that someone on a nearby balcony continuously smoked and the smell would fill my room and make me sick feeling. Someone from the hotel did respond to my issue but I understand can be a bit hard to find who exactly is smoking. I suggest making it known in the room that it is a non smoking hotel.

Excellent location.
Had a great stay here. Very modern and clean with little coffee shop on the ground floor entrance. Nice restaurant on top floor with lovely views. Only negative would be that the tv remote batteries were not working and had no reception to go to and phone to call to request more.

The property in centre of Haeundae and easy to access. But I choose this hotel because it's pet friendly but they didnt accept my dog due to size. (They apparently do not accept dog over 10kg) So they put me in anyother rooms which cannot stay with dog and pet cafe also not allow to have dog over 10kg. what a nightmare to find out place for my dog. I wont stay here again.

체크인 체크아웃이 편리하고 출입카드를 따고 들고다닐필요없이 암호로 되어있어 너무 좋았어요. 방도 깨끗하고 해운대 해변까지 걸어서2분거리 최고의 위치였습니다. 발코니의 바다가 보이는 뷰도 좋았습니다.
